Toilet sharing Medium room to let in jalan ss(near to Pelangi Utama/BU Condo/U/KPMG/First Avenue/First World Hotel)
Room comes with AC,fan, single bed divan.
NON SMOKING tenants however u may smoke outside
House fully furnish except for sofa and TV set
female and male tenants
Part time maid is hire to clean the house only for common area (sharing basis),room not included. Means bathroom and room SMI (Sendiri Mau Ingat)
Pet Lover( indoor dogs)
Light cooking and laundry allowed
Wifi
Free parking
MRT(/mins walk)/public transport nearby
RM (exclude utilities)
Preferably working lady/male(so long they keep the house clean)
