Looking for single room for student near bus stop, low budget rm with no deposit.

Hi, I'm Darrick. I'm from Ipoh and currently I'm looking for a room with low budget Rm. or lower. I'm a part-time student with a full-time career, so I'm hoping to find a room near to my office. I'm a non-smoker and with a friendly personality, clean and tidy. Staying near to a bus stop will be best, and no deposit.
