Seeking a small bright room without deposit

Hi. I am Nadya and I am Malaysian.

I work as Front Desk in one of the hotels situated in Bukit Bintang.

I am seeking a small bright room without a deposit and will be moving in BY end of the year.

I would like a room with a CEILING FAN installed and close to MRT Stations, ON FOOT.

FOR THE HOUSE/UNIT - Preferably furnished with;

A] water heater (in the bathroom),
B] good WIFI connection and,
C] furnished with cooking facilities.

My budget range would be from RM-RM per month (BILLS/UTILITY INCLUDED)
