Medium and Single rooms available th August at a newly painted and renovated condo unit which is fully furnished. Preference of only female housemates who are clean.
Students or working adults are welcome.

Each room comes with either single or queen size beds, wardrobe plus drawers, study table with chair, ceiling fan & air conditioning. We will be adding additional chest drawers and seater sofa set on the th August.

High speed wifi (mbps) available, cctv, hrs security, water filter at the main water pipe and also another water filter (alkaline) in the kitchen, pool, gym, tennis courts, access to free chartered bus around Mont Kiara, Publika and KL Sentral, MRT shuttle bus (Damansara Glo, Pusat Bandar Damansara) and Rapid KL buses (bus stop opposite the guard house) .

Abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants within walking distance outside the condo and within the vicinity of Plaza Damas and Mont Kiara.

Can easily walkover to Hartamas Rapid KL bus depot opposite Souled Out.
